duttdutt win LUOPGAMES 2011

Swedish mix team duttdutt have been crowned winners of the €10,000 tournament hosted by LUOPGAMES.

The tournament, which started in March, has finally concluded, as the Grand Final took place tonight. Sweden took on Denmark, as duttdutt and mTw faced off in the second encounter in the tournament. duttdutt had previously defeated mTw 16-4 on de_dust2, sending them to the lower-bracket.

The match started on de_inferno, with mTw on the CT side. At half-time the Danes had racked up a three round lead, with the score 9-6. The second half started with the Swedes marching ahead, while mTw managed to pick round here and there.

Second half ended just like first half, but in favor of duttdutt, meaning the teams would play overtime to settle the map. Winning 2-1 as CT and T, duttdutt won 19-17 to win €10,000 tournament, which secured them €3,000, while another second place for mTw scored them €2,000.
